My work is all about revolutionizing healthcare by shifting the focus from treating symptoms to educating and raising self-awareness in patients. I believe that the relationship between a physician and patient should be based on trust, non-judgment, and empathy, but in most healthcare settings, patients come without any knowledge or self-understanding, and certain things are better kept a secret. However, I believe patients who do self-reflect and understand their bodies should be treated with honesty, and by increasing self-understanding and knowledge, healthcare can be improved for everyone. My work implements these changes slowly, to avoid overwhelming patients, and to align healthcare practices with those of early humans who had to understand their bodies without any diagnostic tools.



Hi there!

My name is Albors and I am a doctor with a passion for healthy living. Currently I am travelling around the world to explore and learn from a variety of medical therapies besides the ones which my medical studies in Europe has taught me. I am hungry to learn from different doctors and healers who teach me different ways of healing humans, each with an individual approach.


My story and reason why I became a doctor is unclear, the influence of my grandmother played a significant role in my decision though. Despite initially resisting her insistence, I enrolled in medical school around the time she fell ill. While she didn't witness my graduation, knowing that I fulfilled her wishes brings me great joy.

Growing up, I was always overweight and self-conscious about my appearance. However, I was also quite active - I played basketball, tennis, and football regularly. It wasn't until I suffered a serious knee injury in my late 20s that I realized my excess body weight was not only affecting my appearance but also my health.

As a medical student, I researched healthy lifestyle habits and discovered that sleep, nutrition, and exercise were essential for weight loss and overall wellbeing. I focused on improving these areas of my life and was amazed at the results - I lost 15kg in just two months and felt more energetic and focused than ever before.

Now, as a doctor, I am passionate about helping others achieve their health and mindset goals. I believe that a healthy lifestyle is essential for preventing and managing many chronic diseases, and I work closely with my patients to develop personalized plans that work for their unique needs and lifestyles.
